Since I have a large dog that needs a lot of exercise, we get outside every day. It’s my sanity saver.

  1. Thank you for the great article! And yes, I agree that being outdoors is not only a great stress reducer, it does help tremendously with that funk we can get into. I’m going for a little hike in a few minutes. I know I’ll feel better when I’m out there with Mother Nature.
