Words always matter. They can hurt us, heal us, and inspire us to do amazing or terrible things. Through words we fall in love or into despair, teach others, and reveal our deepest and most secret selves. Words allow us to create beautiful artwork to transport readers and allow them to live the dream.

I developed my writing craft first in the legal industry, writing professional but very wordy legal documents, and then as an instructional designer, technical writer, and freelance writer, where I learned brevity. While living and traveling in my motorhome, I published more than 50 RV travel articles and worked as a freelance writer for an RV travel company. I am currently working on my first book, Confessions of  Middle-Aged Runaway.
