You haven’t heard from me because 2024 got off to a rough start for me. My sister passed away unexpectedly, I got sick twice, I injured my hip, and I started a fulltime contract technical writer job. I haven’t had the time or energy to post anything.
But my friend Rosanne McHenry has published her second book, Tales from a Rogue Ranger, and we wanted to let you know about her book launch party. If you can’t attend the launch party, you should get a copy of the book. I had the honor of being one of the editors on this book last year and I can tell you it is very entertaining. Rose writes with great humor and her descriptions put you right there in the scene. I had no idea what park rangers had to do!
Thank you for this post, Heidi. I want to go to the launch but will be away at a writers conference. Ranger Rose told me I can buy her book at the Placer County Welcome Center, 1103 High Street, Auburn. I will do that ASAP when I get back. Can’t wait to read!
